Meet The Team

Rory Hegarty

Founder and CEO

Rory Hegarty is our Founder and Director of Business. He wears many hats but is usually found with his phone glued to his ear servicing clients, networking, chasing the next big event gig, or picking up his kids from preschool.
Rory started off his logistics career as a freight broker then changed gears by working as a roadie for many large events. While working events and festivals he noticed a huge need for better service in event logistics. From there, he hung up his roadie shoes to start his own trucking business in an effort to better service the production industry.
Rory is a devoted Deadhead who tries his best to instill The Deadhead Values of Kindness and Adventure into his family and business.

Josh Klebanoff

Co-Founder and COO

Josh the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Yoke. His core focuses are managing existing business, scaling strategies, running operations, and growing Yoke's procurement network.
Prior to founding the shop with Rory, Josh spent four years building operations at Tough Mudder from the ground up as Head of Supply Chain. Josh honed his skills in freight management, event operations, supplier relations, manufacturing, and international trade.
Having worked on-site and in warehouses around the world, Josh knows what it takes to get it done!

Austin Haigler

Project Manager

Austin Haigler as Project Manager is leading the charge on some of Yoke’s most complex and fast-paced operations. Whether he's managing tour logistics, coordinating internal operations, or solving last-minute production puzzles, Austin brings a calm, steady hand and over a decade of field-tested experience. Fluent in chaos, Austin is always thinking three steps ahead, and probably has a backup plan for his backup plan.
He got his start in the live event world—touring globally as a stage manager, rigger, and production manager for acts like Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, and Dierks Bentley. Over the years, he’s helped bring to life major productions like Coachella, POWERTRIP, and Firefly Festival.
When he’s not on the job, Austin spends his time with his wife and son—either on the beach, at the ice rink, or looking for the best new restaurant.
